STORE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges 

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or store credit on any purchases.

  • Clothing: No returns or exchanges. Adjustments can be made upon request—please contact us directly to arrange.

  • Perfume: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery with prior approval. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please email us at [your contact email].

  • Digital Products & Custom Items: No returns or exchanges.

Shipping

  • Perfume orders ship within 3–5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Custom Clothing: Shipping dates are determined based on the production timeline. We will agree upon a timeframe during your order process.

  • International Shipping: We do offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary by location.

Customer Disclaimer

All custom pieces are made by hand and designed with originality in mind. We do not replicate exact designs from reference images. You may share inspiration, but the final piece will be an original work by our designer.
